Women's DBT Skills Group
You don't have to keep surviving life. You deserve to learn how to live it.
If you've ever felt overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in the same relationship patterns, or unable to set the boundaries you know you need, you're not alone. Many women spend years carrying anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or plain emotional exhaustion—without ever being taught the skills to navigate them.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is one of the most well-researched, effective approaches for managing overwhelming emotions, strengthening relationships, and building a life that feels more balanced and meaningful. Rather than asking you to simply "think differently," DBT gives you practical, evidence-based skills you can use every day to meet life's challenges with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
Our Women's DBT Skills Group is a warm, supportive space where women come together to learn and practice these skills alongside others who truly understand. Together we'll explore the four foundations of DBT—mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness—in a community where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with the strongest, wisest parts of yourself that have been there all along. If you're ready to stop just getting through the day and start building a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and intentional, we'd be honored to welcome you.

About Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a modified type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Its main goals are to teach people how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and improve their relationships with others.
DBT was originally intended to treat borderline personality disorder (BPD), but it has been adapted to treat other mental health conditions beyond BPD. It can help people who have difficulty with emotional regulation or are exhibiting self-destructive behaviors (such as eating disorders and substance use disorders). This type of therapy is also sometimes used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
“To let go is the ultimate liberation from the past, a profound act of self-empowerment and the boldest affirmation of who you are becoming.
