Alex Diaz

MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR, LP-MHC

Black and white photo of a smiling young woman with long, curly hair, wearing a patterned top, against a green wall background with plants.

Alex is a highly sensitive therapist who embraces her sensitivity as a profound source of strength. With deep empathy, attunement, and care, she creates a warm and grounded space where clients feel genuinely seen—especially in their most vulnerable moments.

Her approach is relational and attachment-focused, rooted in the understanding that our earliest relationships shape how we experience ourselves and connect with others—often long before we have the words to explain them. With gentle curiosity and a nonjudgmental presence, Alex helps clients uncover how those early patterns continue to influence their present-day lives.

Alex supports individuals navigating a range of challenges, including eating and body image concerns, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, life transitions, and relational difficulties. She works with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are exploring questions around identity, emotional regulation, self-worth, and connection.

At the heart of her work is a deep belief: growth happens within safe, authentic relationships. Alex sees therapy as a courageous act—an intentional step toward healing—and she feels honored to walk beside her clients on that path.
