Mind the Healing
Careers

Grow your career where healing happens.

At Mind the Healing, we believe the people who help others heal deserve a place where they can grow, feel supported, and do meaningful work every day. Whether you're just beginning your journey in the mental health field or bringing years of experience, we'd love to meet you.

Why work with us

We're a team of clinicians, practitioners, and support staff united by one purpose: helping people feel better and live fuller lives. Here's what you can expect when you join us.

Purpose-driven work. Every role, clinical or not, directly supports the people we serve. You'll see the impact of what you do.

A culture of support. We take care of our own. Expect mentorship, collaboration, and colleagues who have your back on the hard days.

Room to grow. We invest in continuing education, supervision, and professional development because your growth is our growth.

Balance that's real. Flexible scheduling, hybrid/remote options, and a genuine respect for your time outside of work.

Internships

Start your career with hands-on experience and real mentorship.

Interns work alongside experienced clinicians, gain supervised client hours, and build the practical skills that classrooms can't teach.

What our interns receive:

  • Direct client experience under licensed supervision

  • Regular individual and group supervision

  • Training in AEDP, Somatic Experiencing, CBT and Relational Therapy

  • Exposure to intake, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination

  • A supportive team that treats you as a colleague, not an extra set of hands

Internship placements are available year-round. We work with your program to meet practicum and licensure requirements.

Who thrives here

We hire for heart as much as credentials. The people who love working here tend to be curious, compassionate, and committed to doing right by clients. They value collaboration over ego and see feedback as a gift. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
