Thank you!

We’re excited to work with you! We will be in touch within 24 hours to schedule your free consultation. In the meantime, keep calm and breathe on.

Read on below if you’d like to learn more about our intake process.

Our Intake Process

We’re uncomplicated, and so should your experience be connecting with a therapist

From finding the best way to pay for services, getting reimbursed and connecting with the right therapist, we take the guesswork out of the intake process.

Step 1 — Contact

Contact us at contactus@mindthehealing.com call or text 646-397-5255.

You can also connect with us using the chat box below. We’ll start the process by gathering information, answering your questions and guiding you onto the next steps.

Step 2— Financial Review

With your approval, we verify your insurance coverage.  Then you can create a client portal account where you’ll complete the intake.

We accept Aetna, Health First, Fidelis, and BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield).  We provide statements for direct reimbursement when using out-of- network benefits.

No insurance, no problem! Take the guesswork out of sliding scale fees with proof of income. We’ll find the best affordable rate for you. Payment plans are available because mental health is not a luxury.

Step 3 — Intake & Admission

Once you’ve created a client portal account and completed the intake forms you’re ready to see your therapist. Schedule an appointment with them right through your client portal or let us know that you'd prefer a direct call to schedule the first session.

Congratulations! Get ready to fall in love with life again!

The body is our greatest all in the healing process, as it holds the wisdom and resources necessary for healing.
